Smart Homes Ottawa INC is Ottawa's newest home builders, specializing in Controlled Environment​ Building. Our founders have over 50+ years of industry experience between them, guaranteeing superior craftsmanship in all of our models. 

Our CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT BUILDING offers our clients a different approach to building their dream home. First you can either choose one of our creative designs that we can build on your existing lot, or meet with our design team to create your custom home. After the designs are finalized we send them off to our warehouse where our construction team assembles everything from the trusses and walls, to the flooring and cabinets . After our construction team works their magic we then ship your home to your site where we then put together the finishing touches. This process cuts the build time down by an average of 50% and costs less than the traditional style of building.
